Short Courses at the Dublin Cookery School
Lynda Booth's Dublin Cookery School is winner ofthe 'Best Cookery School in Ireland' for 2013 & 2105 at the Irish Restaurant Awards. The school is located in state-of-the-art facilities in Blackrock, a short commute from Dublin City Centre. They run a wide range of evening and Saturday cookery classes. Courses include ‘Cooking for Friends’, ‘Café Cooking’, ‘Healthy Eating Made Easy’ and ‘Breadmaking Masterclass’.. there really is something for everyone! The Chefs Skills course from the 16th-20th of May will include guest chefs Michelin star chef Enda McEvoy and the hugely talented John Wyer! The Patisserie Masterclass course from the 23rd-27th of may will also feature guest chef Aoife Noonan and head pastry chef at a two star Michelin Restaurant Partick Guilbaud proving these courses to be far from your average cooking course.
