Shipping Policy

An order confirmation will be emailed to you after you have placed your order. Items in stock are usually available on a next day delivery schedule. If next day delivery is imperative, please contact our sales office who will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Times

Our standard times of delivery are:
8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that someone must be available to sign for the delivery and Hugh Jordan & Co. cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to inaccessible sites or no one being available to sign for the goods. Please advise of any special delivery requirements at the time of order and our sales team will endeavour to fulfil them. Special deliveries and timed services are available at an extra cost.

Our online delivery terms are as follows:

All online orders under €121 Inc. VAT are subject to a carriage and packing charge of €9.98 Inc. VAT

Orders made by deadline 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be delivered the next working day, any order made after the deadline will take 2 working days t be delivered.

Heavy Equipment

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery does not include removal of unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
